The Rolls Royce representatives for the display at the Melbourne Motor Show brought this vehicle to Australia in 1959, her colours were green and cream with beige leather interior and because it was to be on show, was fitted with four-inch white wall tyres. Whilst on display at the Melbourne show the car was purchased by Mr Packer of the Channel 9 TV studio and presented her to Mr Graham Kennedy a popular entertainer of the time.
Mr Kennedy employed an ex-serviceman as his chauffeur and used the vehicle as his personal conveyance for some years. In approximately 1997 he gave the vehicle to his chauffeur as a gift, who then sold the vehicle to Allan Curtis (previous owner of EVW Cars) to use in the wedding car fleet.
In 2009 Michelle purchased the car from Allan as a surprise gift for Jamie and since then, she has been fully restored to her current stunning condition winning the People’s Choice Award at the 2011 Lakefest event.
She is matched with “Ada“, combines beautifully with “Martha” and “Elizabeth” and seats a maximum of four (plus driver).
